Delves into the basis of oxidative stress – one of the fundamental causes of disease and aging.

In this Module, we’ll explore Oxidation-Reduction and its impact on multiple biological systems and health.

Here you’ll bring forth what you’ve learned in Module 2 about the vitamins and minerals that play a role in the oxidative stress response, and how they support the genes that are involved. We’ll cover the exogenous and endogenous antioxidant systems, including the Nrf2 pathway, NFKB and related genes that regulate this important system.
